ADMISSIONS PROCESS

Step 3

Complete the admissions paper work, provide the required immunization forms and documents.

You may submit your paperwork via email to: littleschool@portlandchristian.org‍
Drop Off or Mail to: Portland Christian Little School Admissions 4575 Springdale Rd. Louisville, KY 40241‍

You will need the following documents to include with your admissions packet:
1. Copy of Birth Certificate
2. Current Immunization Form - The state of Kentucky requires that we maintain a copy of a current immunization form for each child prior to attending PCS Little School.

You can review your immunization form to verify that it has not expired. If you have any questions or concerns we recommend that you reach out to your pediatrician office for more information.

Step 4

Once we have received your paperwork and immunization forms, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to set up your online payment portal account through FACTS.

The PCS System of schools uses the FACTS portal for tuition billing and payments. This helps us to streamline the payment process and gives you an accurate accounting of your tuition payment history and balance.

This will allow you to easily and conveniently make your tuition payments online while keeping track of all of your payments through a secure portal.

That’s it! You are now ready for your first day!
